2 cups potatoes, parboiled and cut into wedges (with the skin on) 2 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp olive oil or edible oil 1 tsp grated garlic (lehsun) 4 tbsp grated processed cheese For The Spice Mixture 1 tbsp chili powder 4 black peppercorns (kalimirch-sabut) 2 tsp dried Oregano 1/4 tsp dried thyme 1 tbsp Haldiram’s Bhujia 1/4 tsp split mustard seeds (rainakuria) 1 clove (laung / lavang) 1 tbsp salt to taste
For the spice mixture 1.Combine all the ingredients and blend in a grinder to a smooth powder. 2. Sieve the powder and keep aside. Proceeding Further 1.Combine the potatoes, melted butter, oil, garlic and spice mix in a bowl and toss well till the mixture coats the potatoes evenly. 2.Deep-fry the wedges till golden brown. 3.Serve hot with Cream Cheese dip or Saba.
