INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup grated jaggery (gur or vellam)

1 tbsp ginger juice

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cups chilled water




METHOD

Dissolve jaggery in water and filter it. Mix ginger and lemon juice to it. Add more water if needed. Serve it chilled to get refreshing taste.
