Rice Phirni

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rice
1/4 cup nestle milkmaid
500 ml milk
1 tbsp rose syrup
dry fruits to garnish




METHOD

Wash the rice and allow to dry till the moisture is absorbed. Grind it in a mixer to rava like consistency.
Heat milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling, add powdered rice to it and stir it frequently to avoid lumps.
Keep on stiring on low flame. Add rose syrup when milk level reduces. Cook for 10 mins. Add milkmaid and cook for another 10 mins. Remove from the heat and garnish with dry fruits. You can add sugar if necessary.
