150 gms of Haldiram’s Bhujia
2 Tomatoes (roughly chopped)
1/4th tbsp Mustard Seeds
Pinch of Asafetida
3-4 tbsp Oil 1/4th tbsp
1/4th tbsp Red Chili Powder
Salt to Taste
Process of Making
1.Heat oil in a deep bottom pan.
2.Add mustard seeds and asafetida. Allow the seeds to crackle.
3.Saute the tomatoes for a minute; add red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
4.Add 2 cups water, stir well and bring to boil.
5.Add spicy Haldiram’s Bhujia, and simmer for a while on a low flame.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with plain parathas or thepla and set curd.
